New Garden Club Members Discover the Art of Flower Arranging

Several members of Crofton Village Garden Club got together in late August for an informal workshop hosted by Sunny Frank in her back yard. Sunny and Bernie Robertson shared basic information about flower preparation with the novice floral designers, and guided them through the creation of three different arrangements.

How to Become a Master Gardener

Becoming a master gardener is not as hard as you might think.

The Anne Arundel County Master Gardener Program is now accepting applications for the Fall 2011 training program, to be held on at Anne Arundel Community College, Arnold, MD. Applications must be received by August 1, 2011.
