A new logo was unveiled to members of the Crofton Village Garden Club today, as the club’s 2010-2011 yearbook was distributed.
- The outline shape is that of a Chrysanthemum, our club flower
- The circle created by the club’s name and location represents our community
- The acronym in the center is often used to identify our club
- When displayed in color, the logo will be green and yellow – the club’s colors
Some members recall other logos used over the course of the club’s 41-year history, but no one has come forward to share a copy or provide a clear description. Hopefully this logo, created by Yearbook Chair and webmaster Margaret Woda, will have a little more staying power.
